Any one know how to email the social security administration , they denied my claim and i want to email them?

the social security administration denied my claim for disability benefits and i need to know if you can email them to ask why ?|||Dear Ma'am,

My name is Christopher, and I live in Dallas, TX where I own and operate a small firm assisting children and adults with applying for Social Security disability benefits (SSI %26amp; SSDI) called "Disability Action Center". I am a non-attorney legal represnetative that helps on every level of the application and appeals process including hearings before the Admin Law Judge.

In regards to your question on emailing SSA about your recent denial. They have a website, www.ssa.gov but you will not find much luck there. Social Security disability is a Federal program and when you apply for benefits based on a disability(s) they contract out to a State agency called "Disability Determination Services". There, you will find a disability specialist and State doctors reviewing your claim. They are the ones that make the medical decisions (approved or denied). The Social Security Administration offices are responsible for making the "Non-Medical" disability decisions such as are you a US citizen, your income and resources are not over the limit, SSDI eligibility based on work history, etc. Your denial letter should explain to you, (especially the LAST PAGE in bold) the sources they obtained and reviewed in makiing their decision and why they feel you can still work. They will state in that section that they either feel you can return to work doing a job you have performed in the past or that you are unable to return to work done in the past but that you can do less demanding simplier types of work.

The PRIORITY however wouldn't be to try to find out why you got denied from SSA but that you SHOULD APPEAL their decision immediately! I can assist you if you would like. I have a colege degree and 7 years experience so if you need legal representation and guidance we can certainly work on getting you approved quickly. Hope this helps.|||Www.ssa.gov
