My brother forgot his facebook password so we had to send the email from facebook to yahoo telling him the password. So we tried logging on to his account using his password but it didn't work and then we tried the security questions and he forgot those. How can I regain access to his email without creating a new one?. Please help, thanks!|||Just a small note: *you* shouldn't be regaining access to anything of his. That's his job.
No alternate address? It's generally a good idea to have an alternate address.
I'm afraid if there is no alternate address and he doesn't remember the answers to the security question(s), then he's out of luck. Sorry.
Perhaps this is a lesson to be more responsible regarding passwords and the like.
