Someone change my password on my yahoo acct. now i can send email to yahoo security?

now i cant send email to yahoo security every time i send out an email i get failure notice from MAILER-DAEMON @yahoo.com, i think ive been hacked.|||Get a new account, the best way, then maybe you can just use that from now on.
