Ok. i forgot my password for my myspace and email (and security thing) what do i do? anyone?

ok i forgot my password for my myspace. then i forgot my email and security question for my yahoo! how do i get my myspace password back?|||there isnt much you can do if you dont know both your password and your email addy! ask a friend they have to know your email address.. dont they??|||How do you forget your email? Ask one of your friends what your Email account was (if you don't remember the password to it go answer your security questions to the email) once you solve the email problem then you get the password and you can go see your security questions and answers and write them down.
