Facebook isn't sending me a security code to my email?

I've received a Facebook roadblock and its making me verify my identity.


Its saying it's sending me a security code to my email but I have no yet received it.


I've tried the birthdate option but I put a different birthdate to my real one (for personal reasons)


%26amp; the Facebook Help centre isn't helping me


Does anyone know how what to do?|||follow this link %26amp; confirm your account.|||did they finally send the security code.i have the same problem.
