How to make my Security on 2nd email a/c?

I need to be able to share this email a/c with someone, but i don't want them to be able to change the password, or if they do i need to be notified via my secondary a/c, but the problem is they can also change the secondary email address if they decide to. How can I lock my secondary email a/c without them having the password for it? Thank you in advance for your help.|||My first stop would be wikipedia or google for a quick reference. I actually had a similar question not even 5 days ago, but I couldn't find the answer. If it's possible, try getting help from someone with more knowledge/experience/expertise, like a professional if it's possible. This can be pretty important.
