What ever happends to someone's email account, social security number and etc when that person dies?

I was just wondering. Can a social security number be recycled?|||No, can't be legally recycled only stolen. Each number has a code of age and location the person was born. Numbers are infinite.|||No, a social security number cannot be recycled. Normally, the family notifies the ss office when a person dies, but the office of vital statistics forwards the ss office a list every month of all the deaths so they would catch it that way.

Theoretically, the email account could just keep recieiving emails until the account reached its storage limit if its a free account. After a certain time of no activity, Yahoo and Hotmail disable the accounts. Don't know about other servers.
