How to access an email when don't know password or security question?

I am trying to access an email account from someone whohas passed away. Ido not know their password or the answer to their security question. So how do I go about getting into the account?|||Thats not possible, unless you call up the E-mail company, or you could do it the illegal way use INURL to find there desktop, but you may need additional passwords.|||Why do you need to? There should be no need to hack into a deceased person's e-mail and it would be disrespectful to do so. If you need critical files, hire a specialist, or call the company and inform them of your urgency.
