when signing email address and password on yahoo email, a security alert states the security certificate issued by s.yimg.com was not chosen by me and there is a yes or no prompt to give access. The security certificate lists DigCertHigh Assurance CA-3, however, it could not be verified at the highest level. Please advise.|||There are hundreds of quirky problems happening this week on YMail. Many users can not get into their mail at all. This happened in 2007 and 2009 when Yahoo was working on the site. It is not your computer or browser. No one on Google or Bing could explain what s.yimg.com meant. One person said to "refresh the page" when this appears.
See if you can get to your email by clicking on the blue MAIL icon at the top of this page.
If not, try de.mail.yahoo.com since the German server seems to be unaffected.
If that does not work, go to features.mail.yahoo.com and click Try It Now. It is free and you can switch back later. The s.yimg will disappear when Yahoo is done working.
