How can I stop a security information window from showing after I log out of email?

A window just started showing up AFTER logging out of my email that says"this page contains secure and unsecure items,do you want to continue?"The only options are to click on YES , NO , MORE INFO. This never happened before and I download sec updates from microsoft.Is there an option in security of internet options?Which one should be changed if any?There is a picture of a yellow lock in this window.|||For Internet Explorer,





Goto Tools - Internet Options - Advanced





And scroll down to section: Security





Uncheck "Warn if switching between secure and not secure mode"
