What security web site will email your bank to explain why weak passwords are bad?

I visited that particular security web site and they offered to open a dialog with your bank to explain why weak passwords were no protection for online banking. I simply cannot remember what the site is.|||Why don't you email them about it yourself, never heard of a site that does that, but then I've never heard of billions of sites out there :)
