Security Verification on email is not allowing me to send emails at all. What to do?

I receive emails just fine, but ever since yahoo began asking customers to verify each time you send an email I've had no luck. I am typing the codes in correctly. However, it is still not working. Help!|||Back button and do it again. I`ve had to do it 2 to 3 times on certain occasions.
