How do I get to security questions to recover email password?

I can't remember my password to my email. I try to recover it and it tells me to enter the code I see... I entered it I was positive its the right code and it sends me back to the page. Maybe because I am on my blackberry? I am going nuts trying to get to security questions!!|||Try doing it from your home PC.
